Job summary

DV Therapy is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA treatment programs, mentor clinical staff, and partner with families to ensure high-quality, compassionate care in Southern California. The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven treatment, and ongoing staff development.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, a Master's in ABA or related field, and at least two years of ABA experience, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA services.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes.
