Job summary

Alongside ABA in Southern California is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical oversight, supervise RBTs across home, school, and clinic settings, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care with evidence-based interventions. You will monitor data collection and progress while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, provide ongoing supervision per BACB standards, and maintain HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or clinical experience in ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB standards.
• Model effective intervention strategies and ensure treatment integrity across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming to promote measurable progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical team members to promote generalization of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory guidelines (BACB, HIPAA, insurance, etc.).
• Participate in staff training, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
