360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Clinical Supervisor in a remote/hybrid capacity, with senior opportunities available in a supportive team.

The role offers a base salary of $85,000–$89,500 with uncapped bonus potential, plus a $10,000 employee bonus, CEU support, student loan assistance, and strong career growth. You will lead clinical teams, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress
• Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care
• Support the professional development of clinical team members
