Job summary

Nucleus Healthcare is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in Powder Springs, GA. This clinical supervisor position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 with the potential for additional bonuses and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate will conduct behavior assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage a caseload of clients while also supervising RBTs. The position comes with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Active license to practice within Georgia.
• At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to understand clients.
• Develop treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients.
• Supervise and nurture RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates.
