Job summary

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Conyers, GA. This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a highly collaborative clinical team and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and monitor client progress while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. In-person, Monday–Friday, with a 25 hours/week billable requirement.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• GA LBA
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
• BCBA License 5 years of experience with children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or communication disorders

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes

Education

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
