Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Peachtree City clinic. The role includes supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans with weekly pay and a $1,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB credentials.
• Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with data collection/analysis and ABA software.
• Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's holistic ABA methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person per BACB standards.
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention plans.
• Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles.
• Perform FBA/FA when clinically appropriate.
• Review data, monitor progress, and update programming as needed.
