Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with BACB.
• Minimum 5 years post-certification experience.
• Minimum 2 years Lead BCBA experience supervising RBTs or BCBAs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians.
• Maintain a caseload of clients and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Review treatment plans and monitor clinical documentation for effectiveness.
