Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Pittsburgh is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver top-quality ABA services to children with autism. This position offers a supportive team environment with mentorship from experienced Clinical Directors and peer BCBAs.

The role includes supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and managing a caseload of up to 10 clients. The expected base salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, along with generous benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is mandatory.
• State Licensure may be required.
• ABA experience is a plus for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and develop RBTs.
