Responsibilities

• Oversees all components of ABA programs for caseload and ensures high quality and best-practice guidelines.
• Provides parent education, develops and delivers intervention activities, and liaises with families, community, therapists, and health care providers.
• Conducts evaluations, case-management reviews, quality assurance reviews, and audits as assigned; leads staff meetings and prepares training materials.
