DV Therapy Learning Center is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA programs, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with families to ensure compassionate, effective care.

The role emphasizes program design, data-driven treatment, staff training, and ongoing professional development, with opportunities to contribute to scheduling, billing, and maintaining DV Therapy's core values.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA services experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes.
