Job summary

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• 1–2 years of BCBA experience
• Must reside in Georgia or have Georgia licensure
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to adjust programs based on progress trends

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Monitor client progress with data analysis and adjust interventions accordingly
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with guidance, training, and fidelity oversight
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and educators for coordinated care
• Complete session notes and documentation in line with BACB and Georgia requirements
