Job summary

Applied ABC in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for hybrid and in-person service delivery. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, flexible scheduling, and meaningful impact on children and families.

You will manage an active caseload, supervise RBTs/BTs, and use BST and data-driven practices. Relocation support may be available for eligible out-of-state applicants seeking Georgia residency.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active Georgia LBA license.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and utilizing BST.
• Experience creating behavior support and treatment plans.
• Experience administering VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, or similar assessments.
• Ability to work hybrid and in person; relocate if out of state.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload with approximately 120 billable hours per month including supervision and treatment planning.
• Provide behavior-analytic supervision to ABA therapists, BTs, and RBTs.
• Utilize BST in supervision and training.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS assessments as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families and schools.
• Monitor data and adjust programming to show progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB/HIPAA.
