Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Athens, GA is seeking a highly skilled BCBA to oversee clinical programming with a small caseload. The role is a hybrid model with in-home supervision and strong admin support to maintain quality care.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent, compliant care across settings. This position offers leadership growth and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active GA LBA.
• Residency in GA or within 50 miles.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.
