Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification with LBA license.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with children with autism strongly preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans for early learners.
• Lead and supervise Behavior Technicians and interns.
• Provide direct ABA therapy and adjust interventions as needed.
• Complete client progress reports and insurance communications.
• Ensure learning environment is least restrictive and compliant with protocols.
