Job summary
Thrive Behavior Centers in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a BCBA - Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical teams and guide ABA services for children with autism. The role requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, with supervision of Behavior Technicians and development of individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
- Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
- CPR/AED or BLS certification is required.
- Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans for early learners using Thrive Treatment Model.
- Analyze client needs using ABA principles, medical necessity, and evaluations.
- Set treatment goals based on current skills and behaviors.
- Supervise Behavior Technicians and interns; adjust protocols as needed.
- Provide parent education and support with evidence-based information.
- Ensure programs meet funding requirements and progress reporting.
