Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a supervising clinician to oversee ABA programs for children with ASD. You will provide discipline-specific treatment, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services in collaboration with families and professionals.

You will lead training, conduct evaluations, and participate in recruitment while remaining current with autism research and best practices. Local travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification required.
• Ability to pass a TB test and vaccinations.
• Experience with ASD in a multi-disciplinary team setting is required.
• Proficient in implementing ABA methodologies and documenting progress.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA-based supervision and directs ASD treatment for children.
• Conducts evaluations, case management reviews, and quality audits.
• Leads staff meetings and delivers staff training and materials.
• Oversees recruitment and onboarding of program associates in the region.
• Keeps abreast of new research and trends in autism and related fields.
