Maxim Healthcare in Layton, UT is seeking a Clinical Supervisor who is a BCBA. You will oversee a caseload of 20–25 weekly billable hours, supervise direct care staff, and collaborate with families and insurers to deliver evidence-based ABA treatment.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $90,000–$100,000 salary, plus a $6,000 annual bonus paid monthly, and CEU support. Flexible scheduling includes in-home sessions with weekday availability.

Competenze

• Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
• Experience with toddlers, children, and adults in behavioral services preferred
• Background in quality management is a plus
