Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bowie, MD. The role offers a $100,000–$110,000 salary range plus a $6,000 annual bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Managed caseloads include 20–25 billable hours per week with CEU support and flexible scheduling for ABA Therapy. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, and remote supervision opportunities for home-based services.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
• Experience with toddlers, children, and adults in behavioral services preferred
• Background in quality management is a plus
