Job summary

Magical Moments ABA in Norfolk, VA seeks a Clinical Services Specialist to lead clinical initiatives and support BCBAs in delivering high-quality services. You will help with initial assessments, supervise BT/RBTs, and support quality assurance efforts across the team.

The role emphasizes maintaining caseloads, meeting billable targets, and mentoring new BCBA staff while ensuring adherence to ABA standards and company policies. In-person work is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of at least 3 clients while supporting others.
• Provide supervision to BT/RBTs and assist BCBAs as needed.
• Develop child-specific behavior plans based on ABA principles.
• Assist in initial assessments within defined drive times and remotely when needed.
