Merakey seeks a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our West Covina program, reporting to a Psychologist and collaborating with skilled BCBAs. The role emphasizes small caseloads, community-based travel, and ongoing clinical development, with training on robots during onboarding to ensure smooth integration and operation.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA and CA BCBA licensure, with 2+ years of direct service experience and Spanish language preference.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA with BCBA licensure in CA.
• 2+ years direct services experience with developmental disabilities.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and engage with clients and home staff to develop person-centered goals.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop behavior support plans.
• Collect and analyze behavior data and report progress, using Power BI.
