Job summary

Accel Therapies is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who will serve as Clinical Supervisors, joining a collaborative, supportive team in California. You’ll lead clinical assessments and supervise staff, delivering high-quality care while reducing administrative burdens so you can focus on clients.

This role operates across center sites with a pod model, emphasizing teamwork, ongoing training, and strong clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with autism and developmental needs.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, data collection, scheduling platforms).
• TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Mentor BTs and Program Supervisors.
• Deliver parent training and uphold clinical quality.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
• Collaborate in a pod model to support peers and consistency.
• Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development.
