Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and BCBA/BCBA-D in good standing.
• At least 3 years of experience with autism and supervision of staff.
• Experience with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and Essentials for Living.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and assess progress.
• Design data collection procedures to track client progress and inform changes.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Supervisors and RBTs in ABA concepts.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to support home ABA implementation.
• Manage client documentation and submit progress reports to insurers.
