Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in Livermore, CA seeks an experienced clinical leader to oversee ABA program delivery, supervise BCBAs and RBTs, and drive clinical outcomes across clinics.

The role requires a Master’s degree, BCBA certification, and 1–2 years of clinic-based ABA experience, with strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• 1–2 years of experience providing ABA services in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and trainees in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and caseload management.
• Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor productivity, utilization, and clinical outcomes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clinic-level clinical matters.
