Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and current licensure required.
• Previous clinic-based ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Strong time management and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and work collaboratively with a team.
• Travel to multiple work sites and client homes with reliable transportation required.
• Pass health screenings (e.g., TB) and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site clinic operations and administrative tasks.
• Provide clinical leadership to the ABA team and supervise BCBA staff.
• Coordinate staff training, scheduling, and collaboration with HR and clinical leadership.
• Maintain an active BCBA caseload and meet supervision and billing requirements.
