A leading autism service provider in Allegheny County is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and mentorship to clinicians. The role requires a Master's degree and significant experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $100,000, along with an attractive benefits package, including bonuses based on performance and a supportive work culture.

Formación

• Active BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience.
• Minimum 2 years Lead BCBA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians.
• Maintain a caseload of clients, conducting assessments and updating treatment plans.
• Conduct regular treatment integrity checks and clinical observations.
• Offer guidance and training to families on treatment progress.
