Job summary
Mindcolor Autism in New Braunfels, TX, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team. You will develop and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans and provide clinical leadership to RBTs while collaborating with caregivers.
The role offers a competitive base salary ($80,000–$95,000), a 25 hour weekly billable expectation, 2 remote work days per month, and generous benefits, with strong leadership support to protect against burnout and promote professional growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to mentor RBTs and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days.
- QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized, data driven treatment plans
- Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
- Analyze data and adjust treatment goals across the client journey
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
- Partner with leadership to support clinical excellence and team culture
