Job summary

Mindcolor Autism in New Braunfels, TX, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team. You will develop and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans and provide clinical leadership to RBTs while collaborating with caregivers.

The role offers a competitive base salary ($80,000–$95,000), a 25 hour weekly billable expectation, 2 remote work days per month, and generous benefits, with strong leadership support to protect against burnout and promote professional growth.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field.
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to mentor RBTs and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days.
QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee individualized, data driven treatment plans
Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs
Analyze data and adjust treatment goals across the client journey
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
