Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Board-Ccertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead therapy teams in Texas. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress. The role offers a strong compensation package from $84,500 to $120,000 per year, uncapped bonuses, Sign-On up to $10,000, and relocation support.

Remote work days are available along with generous PTO. Career growth tracks from BCBA to Sr.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible for Sr.BCBA track.
• Experience supervising RBTs and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support high-quality care
• Collaborate with Families to set goals and track progress
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a play-focused environment
