Job summary

Hopeful Journeys in Beverly, MA seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead behavioral program design and supervision. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to ensure meaningful progress for students.

You’ll monitor data, coordinate with IEP teams, and support professional development while contributing to a supportive, mission-driven school environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and relevant licensure.
• Experience designing and supervising behavior plans.
• Strong collaboration with families and school teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision of ABA staff.
• Conduct functional assessments and behavior analyses.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior plans.
• Coach and mentor 1:1 ABA staff and case managers.
• Collaborate with families and IEP teams for student progress.
• Oversee data collection and progress reporting.
• Maintain safe, positive learning environments.
