Job summary

KIDS ABA Services in Little Rock, AR is seeking a BCBA who will lead clinical treatment design and supervise teams while collaborating closely with families. This role focuses on ethical, data-driven ABA to foster independence and functional skills for children.

The clinician will manage treatment planning, supervise BTs and RBTs, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in insurance processes as needed. Hybrid schedule offered with patient-centered care at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong ethical decision-making and sound clinical judgment.
• Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly and compassionately.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Create, implement, and refine individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes.
• Partner with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, child-centered care.
• Attend treatment team meetings and IEP/ISP meetings as needed.
