Job summary

Owen Health Care Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services for youth and families in Springfield, NJ. The role focuses on assessment, plan development, staff supervision, and data-driven progress monitoring.

You will supervise staff, conduct FBA/BSP, and ensure high-quality, compliant interventions in collaboration with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Social Work or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Active NJ licensure as a Behavior Analyst or eligibility.
• 2–3+ years working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• 2–3+ years of supervision/leadership experience.
• Experience completing FBA and BSP.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and behavioral support to youth and families.
• Assess needs, develop intervention plans, train staff, monitor progress.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and define target behaviors.
• Design and implement Behavior Support Plans with data collection.
• Train staff on assessments, plans, and data-driven decisions.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure fidelity.
