Job summary

Owen Health Care Inc. in Springfield, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team.

You will assess client needs, develop individualized Behavioral Support Plans, supervise implementation, and help youth with developmental and intellectual disabilities achieve meaningful progress. This role emphasizes collaboration, clinical excellence, and staying current with evidence-based ABA practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Active NJ licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• 2–3 years of experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• 2–3 years in management, supervision, or team leadership.
• Experience completing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients, families, and treatment team to gather behavior information.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans.
• Train and supervise staff on assessment and plan implementation.
• Monitor client progress using data-driven decisions.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
