Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism in Chicago is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs at Jefferson Park. You’ll shape individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support each child’s progress.

This position offers a competitive salary ($80,000–$89,000), a $3,000 sign-on bonus, annual bonus potential up to $11,400, and a flexible hybrid work model along with benefits and time off to promote work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active LBA license in Illinois.
• Experience supervising RBTs and leading therapists.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in ABA.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists.
• Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families through parent coaching and progress updates across settings.
• Lead interdisciplinary discussions and clinical team meetings to support child development.
