Succeed ABA is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will oversee a caseload of clients, provide one-on-one ABA therapy, and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Clinical setting experience in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to clients.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and other staff members.
• Conduct behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers.
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed; collaborate with other professionals.
