Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in North Conroe, TX seeks a BCBA Clinical Director to lead the clinical team and oversee patient assessments and treatment planning. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and train staff in evidence-based ABA practices.

You will collaborate with families and professionals to deliver compassionate, data-driven care, manage a growing center, and advance along our leadership tracks within ABC.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (certified by BACB).
• Experience supervising RBTs and trainees in ABA environments beneficial.
• Leadership capability to guide a clinical team and ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and methods.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Foster teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement within the center.
