Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in Prosper, TX. The role focuses on developing clinically sound treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to set and track progress for children under care.

You will implement evidence-based ABA practices, lead center-wide quality improvements, and participate in mentorship and leadership growth pathways.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising RBTs.
• Ability to develop evidence-based treatment plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
