Position: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Location: San Francisco, San Jose, Hayward, Fremont and surrounding areas.

Full‑time; flexible schedule; work from home for non‑direct hours.

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000.

Travel requirement: Travel to clients across the Bay Area, including San Francisco, Hayward and San Jose. Visits will be planned in advance and will not require commuting to multiple locations in a single day.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field

• Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)
• Reliable car, CA driver’s license, and insurance
• CPR certification, immunization records, background check upon hire
