Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes is seeking a BCBA Clinical Lead in New Jersey for a part-time role. You will develop the ABA program, conduct assessments, plan treatments, supervise staff, train caregivers, and monitor outcomes.

On-site or community assignments will be arranged, with pay between $50 and $65 per hour based on experience. Current BCBA certification and NJ license eligibility are required, along with supervision experience and payer enrollment readiness.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and applicable NJ behavior-analyst license requirements.
• Supervision experience and eligibility for the selected payer enrollment.
• Ability to document clinical outcomes accurately and maintain privacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop the ABA program, conduct behavioral assessment and treatment planning, supervise qualified staff, train caregivers and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams; maintain confidentiality and communicate gaps promptly.
• Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.
