This role offers flexible scheduling, a competitive hourly rate of $75–$110, and a $500 sign-on bonus. Prior BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (preferred or soon required) are important as you help clients thrive and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• LBA license preferred and may be required soon.
• Experience working with individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress with data and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families.
• Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards.
