Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Developmental Disabilities and Autism department and seeks a BCBA Clinical Lead. The role will contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations and accurate documentation.

This part-time position in New Jersey requires current BCBA certification and NJ behavior-analyst license, supervision experience, and eligibility for payer enrollment. Pay ranges $50-$65 per hour; on-site or community assignments apply.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and NJ behavior-analyst license requirements.
• Supervision experience and eligibility for payer enrollment.
• Ability to maintain documentation and uphold program policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop the ABA program, conduct behavioral assessment and treatment planning.
• Supervise qualified staff, train caregivers and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams; maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.
