Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA techniques and interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and oversee ABA programs with fidelity.
• Mentor and supervise a team of RBTs.

Skills

Strong understanding of ABA principles

Ability to work independently

Commitment to BCBA ethical conduct

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
