Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in New York, New York. This contract position offers a competitive pay of $85–$100/hour with flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical team. You'll provide leadership and mentorship while overseeing treatment plans and supporting clients' progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience with children in behavioral health or special education.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to BTs/RBTs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans.
• Analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
