Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA is preferred.
• Comfortable working in home, school, and/or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Monitor and review client progress and adjust goals.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines.
