Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
At least 1 year of experience in ABA is preferred.
Comfortable working in home, school, and/or community settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
Monitor and review client progress and adjust goals.
Provide parent training and support.
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines.
