Job summary

Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for full-time and part-time positions in New York City. The ideal candidate will develop individualized ABA treatment plans and provide support to RBTs and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing.
• Licensed or eligible in New York.
• Experience working with individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts.
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on data.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families.
• Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards.
