Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking qualified BCBA-level leaders to oversee therapeutic teams in Colorado. You will supervise RBT staff, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress for children with autism.

The role offers a total compensation package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, with uncapped bonuses, relocation support, and opportunities for long-term ownership as you advance to Sr. BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and mentorship of trainees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
