Accounting Search is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolina. The BCBA will oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

The role requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree, with ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements for behavior analysts.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Must meet NC licensure requirements for behavior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Train parents/caregivers and provide strategies for generalizing skills.
