Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment programs in North Carolina. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to RBTs and staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field, and the ability to meet North Carolina licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Ability to meet NC licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress and clinical needs.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and strategies for generalizing skills outside of therapy.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other members of the care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure services meet ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure treatment aligns with BACB ethical standards and best practices.
