Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a BCBA in a pediatric ABA setting.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director / Lead BCBA experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in an in-clinic, early-intervention pediatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBAs in initial and ongoing assessments for new and existing clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and coach BCBAs and RBTs through direct and indirect supervision.
