Job summary

Helping Hand is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in our Adult Program on-site in Illinois. The BCBA will develop and refine individual Behavioral Intervention Plans, conduct FBAs and assessments, and supervise RBTs/BTs while collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to promote independence and quality of life.

The role offers a salary range of $75,000–$80,000 per year, up to 8% annual bonus, and a 403b with company match.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in behavior analysis with BCBA certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children and adults as a behavior analyst or RBT.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and other diagnoses (intellectual disability, developmental delay).

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine BIPs and behavioral recommendations based on assessments.
• Conduct FBAs, Preference Assessments, and evaluations to identify interventions.
• Analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs/BTs and staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to integrate supports.
