Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a BCBA to provide oversight of clinical teams in a hybrid Missouri clinic. You will supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior technicians, implement social skills programs, and support clients with ASD and related needs.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a field related to behavior analysis or psychology.
• Current BCBA certification and state licensure.
• At least 3 years' experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or ASD.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, evaluation, program planning and clinical services to clients and families.
• Deliver behavioral evaluations, develop and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Review FBAs/Behaviour Support Plans before implementation.
• Conduct home and community visits and supervise clients as needed.
• Ensure staff productivity and track supervision and billable hours.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and stay current with regulations.
• Review monthly billing notes and ensure proper documentation.
• Engage with schools and community to promote services.
